Peer Support leaders play a key role in supporting new Year 7 students to fit into the Chatswood High School community. Senior and Year 7 students participate in our Peer Support Program. This program encourages and supports Year 7 students in their new environment welcoming them into the caring family atmosphere of which the school is proud. Year 10 students and their chosen 'buddy groups' participate in sessions, developing new skills, and working well together, full of encouragement and motivation.
Strong bonds are formed through the Peer Support program and the Year 10 students develop leadership skills as they mentor and guide their younger buddies.
