The enrolment process at Chatswood High School
-
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents must submit an online enrolment application. Before submitting an online enrolment application, please note the following information:
-
All required documents must be uploaded to the online enrolment application form under ‘Section 10- Supporting Documents’
-
Failure to do so will lead to your application being withdrawn. You will then need to complete and submit the online enrolment application again. To prevent your application from being withdrawn, please do not submit your application until you have all the required documents and can attach them to the application.
-
You must submit 100 points of proof of residency based on the school's required documentation list. If you do not provide 100 points (or more), your application will be withdrawn.
- Note: The online application form only allows you to upload a maximum of 5 files per section. Please ensure that each proof of address document you upload is one file only. For example, do not upload your driver’s licence back and front as two separate files, as you will not be able to upload the remaining required documents.
- If you need to upload more than 5 proof of address documents, you may upload the extra documents under the “student’s immunisation history statement” section.
